Amy, basic fact of our relationship is that I love you more than you love me. Which today is good news because it might just save both of our lives.
You know what I love about Amy’s time as a companion is it started out with Rory loving her more than her loving him. Because she was obsessed with the Raggedy Doctor who would take her away his magical blue box. But as her time as a companion went on, and as she matured from season to season, that obsession disappeared. She will always be different because the Doctor crash landed in her backyard as a child but in the end she chose Rory over the Doctor. So I dare anyone to say that she is a flat character, or a selfish character or that she loves the Doctor more than she loves Rory. She may have started out that way but, in the end, she chose one man over the whole of time and space. It was Rory, always Rory.
